The Milwaukee Brewers have lost four straight after getting shut out by Minnesota 4-0 Wednesday night at Miller Park. The Brewer offense struggled again with just five hits — none for extra bases — as Ryan Braun and Orlando Arcia each singled twice off 44-year-old Bartolo Colon who went seven innings and improved to 2-1. Brandon Woodruff is now 1-1 after two big league starts, giving two runs in five and two thirds innings. Brian Dozier fell a triple short of the cycle as the Twins go for a sweep of their four game Interleague home and home series with Milwaukee tonight (Thursday). Meanwhile, Saint Louis has moved into a second place tie with the Brewers in the National League Central — both one and a half games behind Chicago after the Cubs lost their second straight Wednesday at San Francisco while the Cardinals beat Kansas City.
