Two Manitowoc men were arrested on Tuesday for drug possession. Manitowoc Police responded to an anonymous report of two teens potentially smoking marijuana in the Wal Mart Parking lot at around 8:30 PM. When the officers arrived, they approached the vehicle in question and saw potential evidence of marijuana and alcohol use in the vehicle. The vehicle began to drive away, but was stopped by the officers. The driver, 19 year old Nicholas Gignac, and a passenger, Cameron Loze were taken into custody after a K9 officer indicated there were drugs present, the officers found drug paraphernalia, and police realized Loze failed to appear for a court date.
