Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Departments assessment process; 2) Maintain absolute sobriety; 3) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling or combination; 4) Obtain his associates degree; 5) Complete 200 hours of community service; 6) Spend ninety (90) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, with work and child care privileges, that is seven (7) days up front commencing 07-24-2019 at 5:00 p.m. and eighty-three (83) days stayed to be imposed at the agents discretion and by further order of the court; 7) Submit to a DNA sample; 8) Pay court costs; 9) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 10) Court orders expungement of defendant’s record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes with the condition that he must submit to a urine screen immediately at probation and parole. If it comes back dirty or diluted expungement is off the table and the defendant should be taken into custody immediately and brought back to Court for resentencing. If the defendant passes the urine screen and successfully completes his term of probation the Court finds that the defendant would benefit, and society would not be harmed by expungement in this matter.
