Kimberly J Peterson, 39, Manitowoc, deliver methamphetamine and PTC Deliver Methamphetamine on 5/4/18, Guilty due to no contest plea, the defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for seven (7) years. That is four (4) years initial confinement followed by three (3) years extended supervision. Execution of sentence is stayed and the defendant is placed on probation to DOC for five (5) years.
