Green Bay Lawn Ornament Thief Still on the Loose

Just after the Manitowoc Police recovered a man they believe o be the culprit of the several thefts of items inside of vehicles, the Green Bay Police are looking for a man who has been steeling lawn ornaments on the city’s west side. As of now, there are 34 reports of items missing from citizen’s yard. Anyone with information is urges to contact the police.
