Residents of Kewaunee County remain in shock in the wake of the fatal officer involved shooting. The incident took place on Monday at around 8:00 PM, in the area of Stangelville. Sheriff Mat Joski stated that the Sheriff’s Department will be as transparent and quick as possible. Not much is known as of this time, but Joski said it wasn’t necessarily tied to or bound a residential location, nor was it the result of a traffic stop. No names have been released.
