A Beaver Dam man is facing multiple charges for a fatal drunk driving accident nearly a year ago. A deputy came across the single vehicle accident on County Road SS on September 18th of last year. Jon Hammen was the driver of the yellow Dodge Viper, which was found in the groove of a tree.
