Two children, one from Manitowoc and the other from Kiel, were killed in a car accident late last week in Shawano County. The children were riding in a vehicle on Highway 29 near Bonduel, when a vehicle, which was going the wrong direction, struck the family. 7 year old Kadenz died as a result, and her sister Santanna is now paralyzed from the waist down. Even though she lost her sister and is paralyzed, Santanna is trying to remain positive. She told her mom that because she cannot be a vet anymore, she will be a judge, because she can do that from her wheelchair. The other child was identified as 7 year old Eli Plagemann.
