Colby M Hall, 26, Manitowoc, possess methamphetamine and misdemeanor child neglect on 8/24/17, Guilty due to no contest plea, The Court comments and sentences the defendant. Count 1: Sentence withheld and defendant is placed on probation to DOC for a period of three (3) years. Thirty (30) months initial confinement, followed by thirty-six (36) months extended supervision. Court finds the defendant is eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program and for the Substance Abuse Program. Jolene N Wagner, 26, Manitowoc, bail jumping, possess methamphetamine and misdemeanor criminal trespass to dwelling on 1/9/17, Guilty due to no contest plea, Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of forty-two (42) months on count 1 and count 4, concurrent, and concurrent with prison sentence from Ozaukee County. Eighteen (18) months initial confinement, followed by twenty-four (24) months extended supervision. Court finds the defendant is eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program and the Substance Abuse Program. Conditions of extended supervision are: 1) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 2) Assessment/ treatment/counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 3) AODA assessment and follow through; 4) Maintain absolute sobriety; 5) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 6) Use only one doctor and only one pharmacist unless approved by agent; 7) Maintain full-time employment/ schooling combination.
