A De Pere man has pleaded not guilty to charges that he killed a mother and a daughter while driving drunk. Forty-six-year-old David Meyer was arraigned today (Tuesday) in Brown County Circuit Court on four charges that include homicide by intoxicated driving. Prosecutors say Meyer’s blood alcohol level was point two one nine, almost three times the legal limit, when his car struck two pedestrians on a road in the town of Lawrence near Green Bay on August 17th. Forty-four-year-old Rebecca Pennenberg and 18-year-od Raelia Pennenberg died at the scene. Meyer is due back in court December eighth for a hearing on the status of his case.
