High School Football Rankings

Kimberly……..with a 62-game winning streak….remains on top of both high school football polls again this week.  In the Wissports-dot-net ‘coaches’ ratings….the 6-&-oh Papermakers are followed by Franklin & Sun Prairie.  FRCC co-leader, Bay Port remains #4 and Fond du Lac is 5^th, and Green Bay Preble checks in at #10.  Waunakee (wahn-ah-key’) is still atop division-2..while unbeaten Green Bay Southwest is 7^th and Menasha 10^th this week.  Whitefish Bay leads division-3…Notre Dame ‘fell’ 3-places to #4 after getting beat by Bay Port.  The division-‘4 coaches poll has Saint Croix Central #1…..Wrightstown is 4^th & EWC leader, Sheboygan Falls, is #7..after ‘not’ being ranked earlier.  The d-‘5 leader is Amherst…Cedar Grove-Belgium is 8^th.  St. Mary Springs is 1^st in division-6.  In the Associated Press (media) poll…Kimberly garnered ’11 of the 12..first place votes..with Franklin 2^nd…Fond du Lac 6^th and Bay Port 11^th.  Notre Dame is ‘3^rd’ this week in the medium division after falling to the Pirates…and, St. Mary Springs is a solid number-1 in the ‘small’ division.
