The board of Wisconsin’s job creation agency will talk about Foxconn this (Thursday) afternoon. The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation’s governing body has a closed meeting scheduled in Wauwatosa to consider how the state’s three-billion dollars in incentives should be carried out. The agency is working with Foxconn on the incentives — that includes tax breaks depending on how many the Racine County L-C-D screen plant generates. The contract is not expected to be publicized until after both the state and Foxconn sign it.
