A second Wisconsin performance by actor Tom Wopat has been canceled, after he was charged with indecently touching two females while rehearsing for a play near Boston. Wopat’s show set for Saturday at the Janesville Performing Arts Center has been called off — along with a Christmas concert December second at the Stoughton Opera House. The 66-year-old Wopat is a native of Lodi, a former star on T-V’s “Dukes of Hazzard,” and a longtime theater actor. He was charged this week with indecent activity for the way he allegedly touched a 16-year-old girl during rehearsals near Boston for the play “42nd Street.” He earlier pleaded not guilty to indecently touching an adult female during rehearsals for the same show.
