Seal is free on a $3000 recognizance bond with conditions that he maintain absolute sobriety from drugs and alcohol except for prescription medication—not possess any contraband substance or drug paraphernalia and provide photos and prints within 72 hours. His initial appearance is scheduled for October 16th at 2:30.
