A come-from-behind 4-3 win over the Cincinnati Reds Thursday night keeps the playoff hopes alive for Milwaukee. Outfielder Brett Phillips doubled in the go-ahead run in the sixth inning. Reliever Jared Hughes got the win after pitching out of a bases-loaded, nobody out situation in the top of that same inning. Cincinnati had held a 1-0 lead on Patrick Kivlehan’s homer of Brewer starter Brent Suter in the fourth. A sacrifice fly by Orlando Arcia tied the score, then Neil Walker pounded an R-B-I double in the fifth, scoring on Ryan Braun’s base hit. The Brewers need a sweep at St. Louis this weekend and some help from the Los Angeles Dodgers as they play Colorado. Chase Anderson pitches the series opener against the Cardinals tonight.
