A car accident in Green Bay early Sunday morning resulted in two people being arrested for OWI. The incident took place on the corner of North Webster and Main Street at around 2:40 AM. One of the drivers, a 54 year old Green Bay resident, was taken to the hospital, and subsequently arrested for his 4th OWI offense. The other driver was a 15 year old, who was arrested for OWI Causing Injury. The Plant People Design Center received damage as a result of the crash as well, reporting broken windows and damaged plants. The intersection remained closed for several hours.
