There has been a lot of confusion since the Manitowoc Municipal Court announced its closure.
Manitowoc County Clerk of Circuit Court, Lynn Zigmunt clarified to SeehaferNews.com that the Manitowoc County Courthouse is open, and that the circuit courts are trying to limit face-to-face contact, so they are conducting as much business as possible over the phone, or via mail.
