Arelh K Hunter, 19, Manitowoc, 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety as party to a crime and possess a firearm as felon on 7/22/18, Guilty plea, Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of seven (7) years on each count concurrent, three (3) years initial confinement, followed by four (4) years extended supervision. Conditions of extended supervision are: 1) Assessment/treatment/counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain full-time employment/schooling combination; 3) Obtain high school diploma or equivalent; 4) Have no gang affiliations or be around gang members; 5) Have no contact with K.Y., DOB: 06-28-02; C.J.L., DOB: 03-16-02 or Caitlyn Parker; 6) Have no possession of any firearms or facsimiles; 7) Pay costs of action; 8) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. Joel M Goessl, 49, Manitowoc, 2nd degree sexual assault/ unconscious victim on 1/1/19, Guilty due to no contest plea, The Court comments and sentences the defendant to the Wisconsin State Prison System for twelve (12) years. Four (4) years initial confinement followed by eight (8) years extended supervision commencing forthwith. The Court orders conditions of extended supervision as laid out by the DOC in the PSI recommendation. Conditions are: 1) No contact with the victim or the victim’s family; 2) No contact with minors without agent approval; 3) Maintain fulltime employment or job search if unemployed or under employed; 4) Maintain absolute sobriety; 5) AODA assessment and follow through; 6) Undergo sex offender evaluation and follow through with recommended programming; 7) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Departments assessment process; 8) Comply with the Wisconsin State Sex Offender Registration Program; 9) Pay court costs; 10) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 11) Submit to DNA sample; 12) Restitution to be paid to Lyrical Bates in an amount to be determined. Parties to determine restitution within the next 30 days or hearing will be held. The Court finds the defendant has 84 days sentence credit. The defendant is not eligible for prison programming. The court orders cash bail to be applied to court costs and $1000.00 to remain for possible restitution. The remaining bail is to be returned.
