The Manitowoc Police Department arrested two individuals in two separate incidents late last week for drug possession. The first took place just after 6:00 PM on Thursday, when a vehicle search uncovered small amounts of Methamphetamine, Heroin, Marijuana, and lots of drug paraphernalia. The second incident happened just before 1:30 AM on Friday, after police confronted a man who was loitering in Red Arrow Park after hours. The man had an active warrant out for his arrest. When police told him he was being placed under arrest, the man emptied his pockets, revealing a switchblade knife, a baggie of Marijuana, a small amount of brown heroin, one Fentanyl patch, and other drug paraphernalia. Both were brought to the MTSO Jail.
