Teen Arrested In Deadly Hit-And-Run Crash

A 19-year-old Milwaukee man is facing charges in connection with a deadly hit and run. The man was arrested Thursday morning after a crash near North 76th Street and West Appleton Avenue killed a 48-year-old woman. Police say he ran a red light causing the accident, then ran off on foot before being captured.
