The death toll in Wisconsin is continuing to rise due to COVID-19.
As of yesterday afternoon’s report from state officials, 8 more people have died thought Wisconsin, bringing the total up to 24 deaths.
The total number of confirmed cases has also risen to 1,550, a jump of nearly 200 new cases.
Milwaukee County continues to be the most severely hit by the virus, accounting for 780 confirmed cases, and 11 deaths.
Authorities continue to advise people to practice proper sanitation methods, and social distancing to help quell the spread.
