The Wisconsin Department of Health Services is reporting the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the state is approaching 1,800.
Through Thursday, 37 people have died as a result of the coronavirus in Wisconsin.
State officials say more than 20,000 tests have returned negative results and 461 patients have been hospitalized.
More than half of the state’s positive test results have been confirmed in Milwaukee County.
