There are now a total of 4,535 confirmed cases of COVID-19 throughout the state of Wisconsin, an increase of just shy of 200 cases from yesterday.
One more person has died from the virus, brining that total up to 232. Of the confirmed cases, 1,211 people remain hospitalized, while over 46,000 test results have come back negative.
Governor Tony Evers thinks the coronavirus curve is flattening because people are staying home.
He says the grim outlook Wisconsin faced three weeks ago is no longer the case because cases and hospitalizations are down.
The governor also encouraged people to not leave their homes to keep the virus from spreading.
