About a dozen local and area High School football teams begin their post-season tonight. In Division 6, Manitowoc Lutheran will face Cambridge at home, Mishicot will visit Iola-Scandinavia, and Reedsville will travel to St. Mary’s Springs Academy. In Division 4, Two Rivers is at home against Chilton, the Kiel Raiders will host Kohler/Sheboygan Lutheran/County Christian, and the top seeded Sheboygan Falls are at home against the Barack Obama School of Career and Technical Education from Milwaukee. In Division 5, Valders in on the road to face Howards Grove, and New Holstein is traveling to Kewaunee, and in Division 7, Hilbert/Stockbridge will make the trek to Almond Bancroft.
Tonight’s play by play schedule features the Lancers and Cambridge Bluejays on 1240-AM WOMT, and at www.womtradio.com, while the Raiders and Chilton Tigers will be broadcast on AM-980 WCUB. Airtime is 6:40 on both stations, with all games beginning at 7:00 PM. We will also have scores of other playoff games from around the area.
