The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports the total number of coronavirus tests reached a single-day high Tuesday at nearly 12,000.
There were 14 more positive test results, but the total number of tests had nearly doubled.
Health officials report two-point-two percent of the tests given resulted in a positive reading and that’s the lowest percentage in several weeks.
Since the coronavirus pandemic started, 25,331 people in Wisconsin have tested positive.
