The numbed of positive cases of COVID-19 remain on an upward trend in both Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties.
In Manitowoc County, three more cases were confirmed yesterday, drawing the total number ever closer to triple digits. 95 cases have been confirmed with 59 remaining active and 35 people recovering.
The startling statistic from yesterday’s report is that only 9 cases came back negative, meaning one quarter of the tests that came back yesterday were positive.
In Sheboygan County, 13 new cases were reported, however that does include Saturday and Sunday numbers. 209 total cases have been reported in the County, with three more recovering, leaving a total of 27 active cases.
257 negative results came back as well, bringing that total up to 9,058.
