The Kiel Area School District has announced an expansion of their eSchool program, which will now include students in Kindergarten through 8th grade.
According to Dr. Brad Ebert, the Superintendent of the School District, they have been working to create a “high functioning and fully accredited virtual charter school to serve students around the state” for the past few years.
They were recently able to put on the finishing touches of the K-8 Between the Lakes Virtual Academy, and received board approval on June 24th.
Informational meetings will be held at 1:00 this afternoon, and again on July 16th at 6:00 PM.
Links to these virtual meetings can be found at BetweenTheLakesAcademy.org, along with more information on the academy.
