The latest updates from Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties show the number of new cases of COVID-19 are again drastically different.
In Manitowoc County, 3 new cases were reported yesterday, along with 7 more recoveries, and 41 negative tests. The pandemic totals are now 223 total cases, 143 of which remain active, and 8,592 negative tests.
Meanwhile in Sheboygan County, 20 new cases were reported yesterday. 10 more people are also listed as fully recovered, and 429 negative test results came back. The pandemic totals in the county are at 453 total cases, 114 of which are active, and 16,200 negative test results.
The positive return rate in Manitowoc is currently at 2.5%, while in Sheboygan County, 2.7% of all tests have come back positive. These percentages have slowly been rising in both counties over the past month or so.
