An autopsy has been performed on a Manitowoc County Jail Inmate who was found dead Tuesday morning however authorities say the cause of Justin Hall’s death won’t be known until toxicology reports are completed.
Hall -of Manitowoc- was discovered by a Correctional Officer unresponsive lying in an awkward position on a mattress while conducting routine rounds on the third floor of the jail. Life-saving efforts began immediately from multiple entities but to no avail and Hall was pronounced dead. The incident remains under investigation by the Manitowoc and Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Departments.
