Another death has been reported in Manitowoc County in connection to COVID-19 marking the second in as many days. A total of 9 people have died from complications brought on by COVID in Manitowoc Couny.
Also in yesterday’s report by the Health Department were 38 new cases, 15 recoveries and 122 negative tests. This brings the pandemic totals up to 2,385 cases, 1,468 of which remain active, 908 recoveries, and 18,488 negative tests.
Meanwhile in Sheboygan County, they have now surpassed 4,000 cases after 106 were added in yesterday’s Division of Public Health report. That jump brought them up to 4,101 total cases throughout the pandemic, with 844 stemming from the Kettle Moraine Correctional Institution.
Another death was also attributed to COVID, bringing their death toll up to 24.
Also in the report were 126 recoveries, and 187 negative tests. Their pandemic totals now sit at 982 active cases, 2,251 recoveries, and 28,466 negative test results.
