U-W Milwaukee remains the nation’s only unbeaten women’s soccer team, improving to 16-0-and-3 after beating Wright State at home 2-1 in double overtime in the Horizon League tournament semifinals. Lourdes Onwuemeka scored the winning goal for the Panthers, who will play Indiana/Purdue/Indianapolis in the title match tomorrow (Saturday) with an N-C-A-A Tournament berth at stake. At the Big East women’s soccer semis, Marquette lost at Georgetown 4-0 as the Golden Eagles finished their season at 13-7-and-1. In the Big Ten semi, Wisconsin plays Northwestern today (Friday).
