Rookie linebacker Vince Biegel could make his N-F-L debut on special teams Monday night, when the Green Bay Packers host Detroit. Biegel, a Wisconsin Rapids native who starred at Wisconsin, aggravated a broken foot at his first practice with Green Bay in early May — and he has practiced with all four of the Packers’ kickoff and punt teams. If he doesn’t play Monday, Biegel could either be activated Tuesday or Wednesday — or he could be put on injured reserve or released next week. Meanwhile, the Packers brought back offensive tackle Jason Spriggs from the their injured reserve list — and he practiced with the team on Thursday. Also, tight end Martellus Bennett missed his first practice with Green Bay due to a shoulder injury.
