Matthew Stafford threw for 361 yards and two touchdowns as the Detroit Lions finally won a game at Lambeau Field Sunday night 30-17. With Aaron Rodgers sidelined, the Packers weren’t able to put up much resistance. Quarterback Brett Hundley completed 26-of-38 passes for 245 yards, but was ineffective for most of the game. The Packers losing streak has reached three-in-a-row, dating back to Rodgers’ injury October 15th. The most critical stat? The Lions were eight-of-13 on third down plays, while Green Bay was just two-of-nine. Detroit had won just one of its last 25 games on the Packers’ home turf. Green Bay returns to action Sunday at Chicago.
Also during the game, the Green Bay Police Department and Metro Fire Department remained busy. Police had to take five people into custody for varying reasons, and 15 others were ejected from the game. Medical personnel assisted 75 people, with 6 of them needing further attention at a local hospital.
