Coronavirus-related deaths and hospitalizations in Wisconsin have reached new highs.
Public health officials reported 92 new deaths Tuesday, running the state’s total to 2,741.
The continuing surge of new COVID-19 cases led Governor Tony Evers to release details of a $541-million relief package and Assembly Speaker Robin Vos to outline Republican priorities.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported a record 318 patients were hospitalized across the state.
There are 23 patients being treated at the Alternate Care Facility at the Wisconsin State Fairgrounds, up by four patients since Monday.
