With 12 days left in the month, November has already set a record for the number of new cases.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services says the new cases reported Wednesday pushes November’s total to 106,467 – with a big portion of the month yet to go.
The state also set a single-day record Wednesday with seven-thousand-989 new positive test results.
Almost 40-percent of the tests for COVID-19 taken Wednesday came back positive.
The D-H-S tracker for hospitalizations reveals almost 90-percent of all Wisconsin hospital beds are occupied.
