Dylan John Swoboda, 22, Manitowoc, manufacture/ deliver schedule I, II narcotics (2-counts), manufacture/ deliver heroin, Guilty due to no contest plea, Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of fifteen (15) years, seven and one-half (7 1/2) years initial confinement, followed by seven and one-half ( 7 1/2) years extended supervision. Court will also approve out of state travel for a funeral as long as she is with her mother.
