A Wisconsin native will be the quarterback for Iowa against the Badgers tomorrow (Saturday) in one of the biggest games of the year for both teams. Sophomore Nate Stanley of Menomonie became the starter for the 25th ranked Hawkeyes this year. Stanley has thrown for 19-hundred-29 yards and 22 touchdowns with only four interceptions — and he had five T-Ds last week in Iowa’s 55-24 romp of Ohio State. Unbeaten Wisconsin is ranked sixth by the media and is eighth in the College Football Playoff Rankings — and the Badgers hope they can move up next week with a win against the first ranked team the U-W’s playing this season. The Badgers are 9-0 overall and 6-0 in the Big Ten and they can clinch a spot in the conference title game with a victory against Iowa, which is 20th in the playoff rankings with a 6-3 overall mark.
