Joseph F. Krummel Jr., age 84, a resident of Vista Care in Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at his residence.
Joe was born on December 21, 1936, in Manitowoc to the late Joseph Sr. and Agatha (Duckart) Krummel. He was a long-time employee of Holiday House in Manitowoc. Joe enjoyed spending his time reading tractor and train magazines. He participated in many Special Olympic events and won many medals for his achievements. Joe also liked bowling, playing tee-ball, going on annual camping trips, and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan.
Survivors include Joe’s three brothers, Robert (Marilyn) Krummel, Two Rivers; James (JoAnne) Krummel, Little Suamico; and Harold (Lorraine) Krummel, Two Rivers; two sisters, Mary Ann Schleis, Luxemburg; and Pat Rabida, Denmark; his many close friends at Vista Care, Ralph, Mark, Kyle, Scott, Tommy, Wayne, and David; also nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Sr. and Agatha Krummel; sister, Sylvia Ducat; two brothers-in-law, Ray Rabida and Ronald Ducat; and two nieces, Lynette Ducat, and Jean Page.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Chrystal Wavrunek will officiate with burial to follow at St. Isadore the Farmer Cemetery in Tisch Mills.
