The Mishicot Sportsman’s Club has announced a Statewide Fishing Derby which will take place at the end of the month.
The event, which is scheduled for January 30th and 31st, has 9 categories, including Bluegill, Crappie, Bass, Northern Pike, Perch, Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout, Walleye, and Whitefish. The fish can be caught in any body of water throughout Wisconsin but must be registered at the Clubhouse, located at 13804 Jambo Creek Road in Mishicot.
There is a $5 entry fee per fisherman, and tickets can be purchased at a variety of locations. These include Klein’s Hardware Hank in Two Rivers, the Mobile 310 Mart, the Crow Bar and the Country Store in Mishicot, Popp’s Harbor Town Exxon in Manitowoc, and Fat Boyz 2 in Tish Mills.
