One of those seven footers, Isaac Haas, led Purdue in scoring with 22 points, as the Boilermakers — ranked 21st in the coaches’ poll — outshot Marquette 57-to-40-percent for the game and had a 34-23 rebounding edge. Purdue also made 18 of 23 free throws as it improved to 3-0. Marquette trailed by two at the break despite closing the first half with an 11-2 run, and they never led in the second half as Andrew Rousey led the Eagles with 25 points.
