If the COVID-19 pandemic proved one thing to families, trying to explain to someone how to download, and use Zoom over the phone is not an easy task. Some people simply are not tech-savvy, but Lakeshore Technical College is offering to help.
They are offering a free course entitled Crush IT (pronounced eye-tee), which is a series of 30-minute sessions, which expands on previously available workshops.
Topics include Microsoft Basic Word and PowerPoint and also address college-related subjects that students will need most anywhere they attend, including connecting with the virtual classroom.
