While he remains at large, charges have officially been filed against the teen suspect in the Fox Cities Mall shooting case.
17-year-old Dezman Ellis has been charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, which was necessary in order to enlist the help of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Jovanni Frausto, the victim who died, had gotten into an argument with Ellis over a girl. Jovanni was reportedly at the mall with his girlfriend and her niece, when they ran into a group of people, which included Ellis. Ellis then reportedly began flashing a gun, threatening to kill Jovanni, which caused him to flee. That is when Ellis allegedly shot Jovanni, according to a witness statement.
Ellis fled in a blue Dodge Avenger, which has since been located.
Anyone who sees Ellis is encouraged to report it to the police, and are being advised not to approach him, as he may be armed and dangerous.
