A 19-year-old shooting suspect has turned herself in to Madison police.
Authorities had been searching for Siara Williams after the incident Tuesday afternoon.
Williams has been booked into the Dane County Jail on a charge of attempted first-degree intentional homicide.
The name of the 22-year-old victim hasn’t been released, but she is expected to recover.
Officers had taken 24-year-old Steven Price Junior into custody Tuesday night during a traffic stop.
He is charged with felony bail jumping and party to a crime of attempted first-degree intentional homicide.
Both Williams and Price reportedly knew the victim.
Investigators haven’t said why she was shot.
