An 18-year-old woman is being treated for serious injuries at Ascension Hospital-Racine after she was hurt Saturday night.
The victim was reportedly riding on the trunk of a car that was doing donuts at Quarry Lake Park in Mt. Pleasant – when she was thrown off.
She started having seizures when she hit her head on the pavement.
Two other young women, ages 15 and 19, were also on the car at the time but managed to hang on.
20-old Uriah Barry admitted he had been driving the car.
He is facing charges of O-W-I, reckless driving causing bodily harm, two counts of recklessly endangering safety, and additional counts.
Barry admitted smoking marijuana and eating a T-H-C edible before the accident.
