Wisconsin Badgers running back Jonathan Taylor has been named Big Ten Conference Freshman of the Week again. Taylor rushed for 149 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries in last Saturday’s 31-0 win at Minnesota. At one-thousand-806 yards, Taylor has the third-most rushing yards by a freshman in F-B-S history. Only former Badger Ron Dayne and Adrian Peterson had more. Taylor has rushed for 100 yards in nine of the 12 games he has played. He’s won this weekly conference award eight times this season, including the last seven in-a-row.
